As the 2025 season begins, Mount Si Wildcats football blends tradition, talent, and tenacity. With Coach Botulinski at the helm and a community behind them, the team is poised for a season full of growth, grit, and Wildcat pride.

Unified and Unstoppable: Mount Si Football Returns Sept 5

The 2025 Mount Si Wildcats are back and ready to roar into the new season with grit, unity, and high expectations. Under the leadership of Head Coach Steve Botulinski, the Wildcats are looking to build on past experiences and make a strong statement in the competitive KingCo 4A Crown Division.

Season Kickoff & Schedule Highlights

The Wildcats open their season on Friday, September 5 with an away game against Curtis High School, followed by a home opener against Wenatchee on September 12. The full schedule includes key matchups against powerhouse programs like Bellevue, Eastlake, Bothell, and Skyline. 

Culture & Community

This year’s theme, “One Valley. One Team.”, reflects the deep connection between the school, players, families, and fans. The Wildcats are more than just a football team—they’re a symbol of Snoqualmie Valley pride, resilience, and togetherness.

The Charlie Kinnune Scarlet & Gray Scrimmage, held annually in late August, sets the tone for the season. It’s a celebration of tradition, honoring the legacy of Coach Kinnune while showcasing the team’s preparation and spirit.

Rankings & Outlook

As of August 2025, Mount Si is ranked:

  • #32 in Washington
  • #20 in Washington 4A Division
  • #21 in the Seattle Metro area

While last season ended with a tough loss to Kennedy Catholic, the Wildcats are hungry for redemption and ready to climb the ranks with a renewed focus on fundamentals, teamwork, and heart.
